A NON-REFUNDABLE deposit of $250.00 per passenger is due by December 06, 2026 unless otherwise specified. Rates and availability are subject to change at any time. Final payment is due July 06, 2027. The credit card you provide on file will be charged for final payments 24 hours prior to the due date. IF THE HOTEL IS ON STOP SELL THE SUPPLIER CAN ASK FOR FINAL PAYMENTS EARLIER AND AT THAT TIME NO CHANGES SHALL BE ALLOWED IN ROOM OCCUPANCIES. Rates are GROUP rates and can only be guaranteed once the wedding group has reached a minimum of 10 confirmed adults.
Guests may make additional payments at any time before the final payment deadline. A reminder email will normally be sent approximately one week before final payment is due. Guests may update their credit card before final payment if the original card has changed or expired. A new credit card authorization form will be required. Guests booking a single room may usually add another person later, subject to availability. If another guest is added later, the price may change depending on the room category, occupancy, promotions, and supplier rules at that time. If someone is unsure who they will share a room with, it is usually better to secure their space now rather than wait, since rates and availability can change. If a roommate later cancels, the remaining guest may be responsible for the new room rate based on the revised occupancy. If final payment is missed, the supplier may cancel the booking and penalties may apply. If any passenger requires special assistance, an adapted room, or special transfers in destination, please mention this on the booking form. If wheelchair assistance is required at the airport, please advise us so we can add the request to the booking. All room rates are based on MAJESTIC ELEGANCE COSTA MUJERES. Please call the travel agent if you are looking for any other room category than that mentioned here. All room requests are absolutely not guaranteed and are based on availability and discretion of the hotel only. Absolute Wedsite will not be held liable for any requests which are not fulfilled. As per supplier terms and conditions for this group, only 10% of the seats/rooms (whichever fills first), can be sold as Single Occupancy.

Flight schedules are subject to change as per suppliers and airlines (Absolute Wedsite has no control over such changes). Availability for the air seats and packages etc. conveyed over the phone and email are NOT a confirmation until paid for and customer has received the confirmed booking number from our office.

IMPORTANT - Taxes in pricing are approximate and can vary (from the airline/tour operator) after the final payment has been applied. Final taxes and surcharges will be calculated after time of ticketing.

IMPORTANT CHILD PRICING – Child rates are subject to confirmation at time of booking. The rates are based on 2 adults in room. The rates above are approximate and not guaranteed. Maximum number of children per room is 2. The rates are subject to change based on the children’s ages, number of children per rooms, occupancy and category. Infants may be required to pay departure taxes and/or tourist card for specific destinations. Please inquire with your group sales representative for all infant and child prices and conditions.

NEW - An environmental tax is now applicable for certain hotels in Cancun, Riviera Maya, some other Mexico destinations, and is to be paid locally and is not updated by Absolute Wedsite as it's cost may change.

IMPORTANT NOTE - Please advised at time of booking if the group will be bringing any excess baggage or sporting equipment as arrangements must be made in advance
due to aircraft cargo restrictions. Additional cost for transfers may apply.

Effective April 1, 2021 all passengers entering Cancun, Cozumel, or other Mexico destinations are required to pay a new foreign visitor tax of approx. $11 USD.
